Keeping in line with our initiatives on sustainability and green manufacturing, solar panels have been installed at the Alliance production facility to help lower our energy consumption and operating costs.
- Solar energy is renewable, allowing us to reduce our environmental footprint. No pollution or greenhouse gases are emitted.
- Our products are designed to reduce water consumption, so reducing electrical consumption just makes sense.
- Manufacturing facilities use a lot of energy; we want to do our part in putting less strain on the local power grid.
- Lower utility costs are passed on to our customers through lower prices, keeping us competitive in the parts washer market.
Our solar panels were installed in September 2018 by Arch Electric Solar, located in Plymouth, WI.
